Genuine products, sourced in Japan

Everything we sell is genuine and sourced in Japan from Japanese retailers and makers. Some items are shipped from our warehouse in Japan, some from our U.S. fulfillment partner, and some are procured in Japan after you order. If an item becomes unavailable, we tell you and refund it in full.

No surprises at your door

For the United States, duties and taxes are collected at checkout and we pay them for you, so nothing is charged on delivery. Tracked shipping is included in every price.
