Shipping & Delivery

Everything we sell is sourced in Japan. Most items ship directly from Japan; some items ship from our U.S. fulfillment partner, which is faster for U.S. customers. We ship to 46 countries: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and these European countries: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City. We do not ship within Japan.

Free tracked shipping

Standard tracked shipping is included in the price you see. There are no separate shipping charges at checkout. Every order is tracked from our door to yours.

How long will it take?

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of availability. Some items are procured in Japan after your order is placed; if an item becomes unavailable, we notify you and refund it in full. Typical delivery time from your order:

  • United States: about 4 to 12 business days (items shipped from our U.S. partner usually arrive sooner)
  • Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand: about 4 to 12 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance and peak seasons can add a few days. We choose the best tracked carrier for each destination, so the service name on your tracking may vary.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the first scan to appear.

Duties and taxes

United States: import duties and taxes are collected at checkout and we pay them to the carrier for you (Delivered Duty Paid). Nothing is charged on delivery.
Other countries: duties and taxes are collected at checkout where shown; otherwise the destination country may charge them on delivery. See our Customs & Import Duties page.
