Shipping & Delivery
Everything we sell is sourced in Japan and shipped directly to you — most items straight from our warehouse in Japan, plus a selection of titles from our fulfilment partner. We ship cross-border to most of the world, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union and EEA, and Australia. (We do not ship within Japan.)
Free standard shipping, always
Standard tracked shipping is included in the price you see — there are no separate shipping charges at checkout. Every order is fully tracked from our door to yours. Need it faster? An expedited option is offered at checkout for most destinations.
How long will it take?
Orders are prepared and dispatched from Japan within 1 to 3 business days. Because every parcel travels internationally, please allow time for cross-border transit and local delivery. Typical standard delivery windows after dispatch:
- United States and Canada: about 7 to 14 business days
- United Kingdom: about 6 to 12 business days
- Europe (EU and EEA): about 7 to 14 business days
- Australia: about 7 to 14 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees — customs clearance and peak seasons can add a few days. We choose the best tracked carrier for each destination (postal or courier), so the exact service name on your tracking may vary.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the first scan to appear.
Duties and taxes
Prices do not include any import duty or local tax your destination country may charge on delivery. Most of what we sell is printed books, which are duty-free in many countries — see our Customs and Import Duties page for the full picture.
